- Water infiltration pbb for the roof, and may be the wall
- The flat is nice in march and octber
- Boring neighbourhood
- Dogs down barking at night
- 11 months lease whree you get srew once you want to reniew it
- Owners which will ask you strange questions (how long ar you here for, are you married? No? why? are you vegetarian? please close the gate at 10pm)
A better and more expensive flat has the same pb, but better hidden. The best flat is with n owner which is not staying at the same place. The avantage is they don't call the police if you party...
